We don’t try to impress by claiming to be the latest guru or to have discovered the secret key to everything, although we do know a thing or two about helping people succeed.
You won’t find glossy pictures and inflated bios here. There’s a really important coaching reason for this although few other coaches seem to mention it.
We work exclusively by phone, with email back up between sessions. Not just because It’s more convenient and cost effective, but because it’s also much more powerful
Without the inevitable distractions of meeting face to face it’s far easier to focus on the core of what’s important.
Whether we consciously choose to or not, it’s generally impossible to look at a person or even their photograph without making associations and assumptions. These act as filters, which can get in the way of the coaching conversation. Our clients appreciate being free to create their own internal image of their coach – in whatever way works best for them.

Personal Coaching
We make a distinction between personal coaching and life coaching. Too many life style gurus and questionable ‘instant make your fortune as a coach training courses’ have given life coaching a rather tarnished reputation. Besides, you are better equipped than anyone else to decide how you want to live your life. We can help you upgrade to a better life, but what ‘better’ means is up to you.
Our clients have a wide range of personal aims, but leading a successful life of meaning and significance in your own unique way is one aspiration most share.
Business Coaching
As business coaches we prefer the more dynamic environment of small business and do not work as corporate executive coaches for large organizations. Although we do work privately with people who want to leave the corporate world to set up their own business.
We enjoy working with individuals who have the direct clout to steer their own business and take the key decisions themselves. Our focus is on helping you build the business success you want, or perhaps only dreamed of, from the reality of where you are now.
What we offer may not appeal to the average person, it’s not for everyone!
